Bad Service - refund still not paid

Im extremely disappointed and ashamed that I even used my hard earned money to buy from Takealot. They take long to refund you your money , their agents Monde, Olwethu to name a few are extremely rude and need proper training. I requested for a refund since the 18th February of R3177 and until now I have not received my payment . They have the TV i brought and checked everything and confirmed refund will be processed and it’s been over 8 days now. Their process time takes 3-5 working days and no consultant is actually taking their time to investigate my Matter . I’ll never ever buy from them again and to think I was a loyal customer to these people and now they sending me back and forth for my money.
