Bad service, refund still not issued

My order was cancelled by takelot and almost a month later I haven’t received my full refund. I placed an order on the 25th of March for a printer and paper, I was told it would be ready on the 26th as I had ordered before 11AM. Next thing I don’t get a collection notice on the 26th of March as expected, mind you that time national lockdown is due to start at mindnight so i decide to put in an enquiry, I only got a reply after 5pm regarding my order. I was told the order can not be fulfilled as it’s not considered essential. I was told I’d be getting a refund, this was disappointing but I accepted the refund. About a week later I receive a notice that I’d be refunded for the paper, and the system shown me having collected the printer , which is totally not true, I then emailed them back and I still have no correspondence after sending emails regarding this. I’m literally livid right now cause i feel like I’m being made a fool, it’s even worse because a week before that I had ordered a desk from Superbalist, had to return it because it was faulty, I was told id get a replacement but then on the 26th I get an email that the stock is recalled and my order is cancelled. So I don’t know if they’re someone in that company that’s out ***** up my entire happiness or what but I’m literally at the end of my stick with this disgusting service.!!!!
