Good day

I am unhappy about the disgusting service I got from takealot this week. I return was scheduled for Monday and it was stated exactly what was being returned and they show up with a small van. Then scheduled for Tuesday then don't show up and changed to Wednesday still waiting. Was kind of service are you guys offering. I'm now stuck in a new house from Sunday without a couch. How do I order another one if I'm still waiting for you guys to collect. Totally unacceptable.
