Bad service received from Takealot

I have placed an order on the 23rd June and got confirmation that I will receive my parcel on the 25th, I have since received 1 item of all my orders and was up today the 28th the rest of my order, I have not received. I am very disappointed as I've paid in full. When called the call centre i get promised to be phoned back to no avail
