Bad service, product not delivered even though I paid.

Today 13/08/2024 I only received one product which had a delayed delivery. The missing product which was never delivered ( 1% Raspberry Extract Moisturiser, Ageing, Hydration, ***mentation) is still not delivered yet on my app it states "delivered". I'm so angry with this company. *** order number
