Bad service!!!!!! Poor quality product.

Poor service, firstly sende broken lights longer then a month ago and I returned them have not received new items!!!! Then I bought an IPl laser machine that was broken and they refunded me I bought the exact same make and they send me a different brand and not even in the right color. I've tried calling numerous times. You have the worst customer service!!!!!!!!!
