BAD SERVICE, ORDER ITEM STILL NOT DELIVERED, NO HELP FROM TAKELOT

I placed an order with Takelot, order number ***.it was supposed to be delivered last week friday, it was not, they split the order and delivered half, now an item is left and says it is out on delivery since 31 july. I havr called, emailed, went on social media to say can i get the delivery, no one at Takelot helps me. Until today, i said cancel thr order and replace with a new one. This is just like a ****!! they have taken my money, i don't havr an order and no one can tell me what is going on or sort my query.
