Bad service (Order: ***2 )

I ordered 3 sets of tarot card, of which I was informed the 1 they where not able to get (Guardian Angel Tarot Card). My order was delivered this morning and I received Archangel Power Tarot Cards and a book call "Letters from a Stoic" (I did not order this book). I called the customer care and explained to the lady that I received a book that I never ordered and gave her the title. I also told her I did not receive the Fairy Tarot Cards I ordered. She then told me that the book "Letters from a Stoic" is the Fairy Tarot Cards that I ordered. The more I tried to explain to her that according to what I ordered on line I should be getting the cards with a small book.

The lady (Zintle Ngejane ) that helped me (well she didn't help me but just irritated me because she was not listening to what I was saying) was not very helpfully and just told me she will send me an email on how to return the book and get refunded.

I just want what I ordered which is the "Fairy Tarot Cards" which are 78 cards and a book as described on takealot.com website.
