Bad service or theft by Takealot

Placed an order on the 9th July, on the 12th I was informed they’d be a delay due to a truck hijacking. On the 13th I was informed they couldn’t fulfill the order (guess the hijacking was a lie), but would refund me the R2,740. As of the 2nd August I have still not received a refund?????? Is this bad service or theft!!!
