Bad service on returns

I just want to ask around if anyone else has had problems with Takealot? About a month ago we ordered a shed for R10,500 and when it arrived we realized that it would never withstand the harsh Port Alfred winds ! So we app**** for a return, then the trouble started, they said they would collect it on the 30/06 and after about 12 emails they eventually collected it on the 17/07. Now it seems to be missing.They sent another van to collect it, I told them they had already done so, then after about another 20 emails and a reassuring one on Friday last week that it would be sorted by Monday , I get a call yesterday asking my address to collect it again !!!! I immediately emailed them again and now no-one is writing back, does anyone know what I can do?
