Bad service on orders pkacef

I ordered Christmas gift from takelot. The first ones I order wasn't working requested exchange after a week. They emailed and said product is unavailable. Refunded me, I went and ordered new gifts, just to received an email two days before delivery 8 at night one is not avaible anymore they canceled the one, I will only received one. How is it possible that when you order there is stock and littlerally, two days before delivering, they can't deliver. Hiw do you explain on Christmas day you don't have the present they wanted because Takelot messed up two times in one week. It is unacceptable.
