Bad service on Delivery

The delivery process for my order was dealt with in the most unprofessional manner and when my order did not arrive , I had to call them to investigate. They did not have the decency to call me beforehand. Now the delivery that was due yesterday will only arrive on the 25th. Obviously customer service in incidences like this is not important.
