Bad service on customer complaints

I would like to put it out there that Take alot is really inconsiderate when it comes to resolving customers complaints,I now have numerous cases with them ,they always blaming each other and not resolving customer complains,it's so difficult to communicate with the proper consultants that deals with queries.As a very Loyal customer I didn't expect this.I hope this message gets to someone that can assist.
