Bad service of next day delive

The Next day option is false, i have bought a Air compressor for a friend whos shop got broke in to and had arranged for transport to be delivered to him cause it helps him for source of fund, but Takealot did not deliver, tried to arrange to collect from pick up point , but no luck today arranged for second transportation to deliver to destination in time still no delivery even after they said it will be done in the morning before 9am. I am very un happy it has cost me an additional R500 to just provide transport that does not have anything to do .this is very bad service , thought i would trust this ...
