Bad service of delayed processing of order

I am very disappointed on their service, I usually receive my orders on time, this one had took more than 6 days now however is for collection. This online shopping at takelot.com I wouldn't recommend but rather try other online shopping websites. I would have loved to order some other things but with outstanding order of last week's Wednesday I can not.
