Bad service & no response

I ordered a glass infuser pot ,when I received the item and opened it,it was broken. I returned the item. I've been tracking the item still no one has contacted me and it's been a month. Takealot is quick to take your money and want good reviews but when there is something wrong with there items they avoid customers. I am still waiting on my refund. I will not be buying from takealot if this is the service we receive.
