Bad Service - No Delivery

So I have been waiting since Thursday for feedback on an order that has not been delivered. Delivery was supposed to be Thursday. I have called in total 21 times to find out what is going on. All I keep hearing is they will escalate the Order. I have asked for feedback to every person I called. NO ONE gets back to me at all.

This is the worst service I have ever received from Takealot. Not even saying how much all these phone calls cost me.
