Bad service - Need assistance

I purchased 5 Sunlight baby liquid wash, 5 staysoft and 2 Dr brown bottles. I received 5 Sunlight baby liquid wash(Bottles leaking and not full), 3 Staysoft(I was creditted for one and where is the other?, I received an empty box with no Dr brown bottle what is going on? I spent over R1000 and the service is terrible
