Bad service, my returned item has not arrived yet after almost a month

I bought Volcano headphones from Takealot in the beginning of 2024, It broke as its a weak put together product, I sent it back, return was declined they said it was me that broke the item. Now they mailed me on the 8th of July, they will be returning my damaged headphones to my address. Today its the 29th of July, still no return. I spoke to one customer consultant via email and he never returned my email. Spoke to a second one, She did reply saying that she will need a moment to find out what is going on, this was last week Tuesday, emailed her again and no response so far. I would like a refund on these headphones as this is getting way out of hand now. Obviously they had to loose my headphones otherwise it would of been delivered back to me by now. I'm so unhappy with Takealot, and the sad thing is I've been shopping with them for many years now. What will happen now? Did I loose my money???
