Bad service late delivery

Paid for my item on the 17th says 3-5 days when u buy it

After buying it it showed expected date 28 Feb which is 11 days

I called the supp**** and they said they were shipping th item on mo day the 19th to take alot I called rake alot and they said they would only receive it the 22nd but that is not what is communicated to me via ceo of the supplier.

I must now still wait until the 28th for my item which they have received.

I asked for some feedback and spoke to takealot this morning g who promised to get back to me and have still not atthe close of business.

I think ni should cancel my order and buy it direct as take alot should get there act together
