Bad Service - Item to be returned

Quality and excellent service are linked to the Takealot brand and that's what all their clients have been receiving and expecting. So it's with disappointment that I log this complaint via Hellopieter.

I've ordered an item from Takealot. It took a week to be delivered and I was disappointed to see that they have shipped me the wrong item. I've contacted Takealot to arrange the item to be collected and for the correct item to be shipped. It's now going on for the third week now...and I don't get any response from the staff member at the catalogue department that is handling my query. Mial after Mail and no response...

This is utertly disappointing... It takes one *********** employee to ruin a company's reputation. I did not expect this from Takealot.
