Bad Service!!! I want my money

Good day I am very disappointed with how you run your business, I ordered and my delivery was supposed to be the 16th July 2021, you guys decided not to inform me that you are rescheduling my delivery to 19th July 2021. Bare in mind that I paid R95 for my order to be delivered the next day, so if you deliver on Monday 19th July 2021, are you guys going to refund me my R95??????? Because on the app while I was ordering it showed an option for Monday the 19th July 2021 as free delivery. I want my order by the 17th July 2021. Please dont make me angry!!!!!!! Why did I pay that amount on the 15th July 2021 if I didnt want my order to be delivered on the next day (16th July 2021) you guys are *******, you didnt even get permission from me to reschedule my order. ***!
