Bad service, I need my refund.

I ordered shoes on the 21st February 2021 and even today on the 1st of March I still haven't received the order. I sent an email last week but nobody contacted me or responded to my email. I would like to request a refund from Takealot asap. I ended buying the shoes for my husband somewhere else. I need my refund and no discussions. Thank you!
