Bad Service holistically.

Hi <br> <br> I ordered a toy an I first confirmed if there will be no receipt or invoice for the specific item in question as it was a gift. I then got told yes by one person an no from the other. I also got mailed and was told there will be an invocie in the requested item. I was then trying to track the item and its where abouts. 2 people i called said it wasnt delievered and one said it has. Im still waiting for proof of the time as I was promised this. I also asked a lady to call me back an she called me back only 24 hours later. Honestly dont feel like using this service again.
