Bad Service - Goods not delivered for over 3 weeks now

I received my online order *** for purchase I made on 19/09/2022...when I received the boxes my day and night light switch was missing, I then went to the website to let them know that I'm missing the light switch from my order, from then I received emails asking me to send pictures of the products I received and the boxes, to date they haven't refunded my money or delivered my switch, we are now in October, But still now, all they keep saying is we are investigating, how long does it take to check whether they scanned the light on not? I'm so angry right now because I wanted that switch to be installed long time ago now I have to wait the whole month for a light I paid for, check your boxes immediately when you receive your orders from takealot people.
