Bad service from warehouse

Send a parcel back on 7/1/2021 Said it was eligable for return and will send the parcel back with courier. Since today the parcel is missing in the warehouse. I am.sending mails and nobody seems to return my messages or seems to know where this parcel is???? Just refund me please?????
