Bad service from them

Take n Lot has dragging the matter of returning the stove that I bought 27 March 2026 after I notified them that I bought Hisense gas/electrical stoves together with oven unaware that the oven has its own stove inside They told me to dropped email to Hisense and responded that since it’s not a manufacturer fault they can’t assist me, need to contact the retailer of which I did from 22 May 3027 Been contacted by 3 take n lot consultants requesting different information! This is frustrating and annoying
