bad service from the driver

my delivery came and not all items were there, I have paid in full. when i checked on the website details regarding my delivery I realized that another item will be delivered on Monday. I gave the driver the full payment thinking that everything was there, now when I am calling him he is no longer picking up. his name is Thomson ***. Order #***
