Bad service from takelot.com

Really bad service as a first time customer orederd a smart watch it arrived and the straps was defective we did not realise about the free pen that comes with the watch a lodged a return up on phoning them i was told mixing items like the free pen i really don't care about the pen just wanted the watch they delivered it back again once i was inside and opened the box now the charger of the watch is missing id really won't I recommend anyone to buy from them i think there staff at the warehouse is helping them self when they pack the goods
