BAD service from Takelot

My first ever bad review and Takealot sure deserves it for their awful service. I logged a return on 28 January 2019, and I'm still waiting for collection on 26 February 2019. In this month I have been in contact with 5 representatives via email and 4 via phone calls - not one of them more than once. I have received 5 confirmations of collection and none of them happened. I have even received 2 emails asking me to rate the services of two people I have never heard from!! This is disappointing and pathetic service from Takelot, I sure won't ever trust them again.
