BAD SERVICE FROM TAKEALOT.COM

I purchased a mattress- queen Xtra Length from takealot.com online, item was delivered on time. Only realized when the item was delivered that it was too big for our base and we had to get a normal queen size mattress to fit in our base. We then filled in a return/ exchange form still online, which was accepted and confirmed via sms and email that they will come and collect. We trusted takealot.com that we then purchased a queen size mattress while we were waiting for the extra length one to be collected. The mattress was never collected todate more than 2 weeks despite several calls I made and emails I wrote to Takealot my refund was not done. They claim that they made several attempts to collect without success which is not true. How possible is that for Deliveries To come through three times in our home but collection doesn’t fund us while they never came through our gate and the securities confirmed that nothing or no collection from Takealot came through. TAKEALOT IS NOT GENUINE, IM NOW STACK WITH A MATTRESS FOR ALMOST 2 weeks and my refund for Approximately 4000 is withheld without any valid reason.
