BAD SERVICE FROM TAKEALOT.COM AND THEIR COURIER SERVICE

Bought a Bosch dishwasher on 26/02/2023 from TAKEALOT.COM. They shipped it on 27/02/2023 via FAST AND FURIOUS Couriers. No tacking nr supp****. Estimated delivery date was given as 2 Febr 2023. No delivery took place. On 3 Febr I received a call from the courier driver informing me that he is in town and that will make my delivery...but he ended the call with a promise to call back.. That was at 14h03.....20 minutes later i received a sms telling me that there was a delay...they will reschedule... i was subsequently told that ''the courier could not deliver because there was no one home to take the order''. That was a complete lie. I was also informed in another email that the truck with the item will only arrive in Touwsrivier on monday. Touwsrivier is 300 km from my address ..how can it be on Touwsrivier on monday, while the telephone call from the courier driver on 3 Febr indicted that the item was in fact on their truck in my town? Numerous emails to track the order came to no results..on my account page the tracking option is non responsive so at this stage I don't have any indication of where my order is, if it is lost or damaged, or still in some courier warehouse or whatever. I have just been left high and dry. I have never had such a bad experience with online orders and i am very disappointed with TAKEALOT.COM and with the courier, FAST AND FURIOUS.
