Bad service from takealot.com

I bought a sensor for GTI from take a lot,they gave me a window switch, this is very unprofessional, i have been waiting for this sensor for almost two weeks just to be given a wrong thing,i am now told i must wait for them to send me an e mail to return the item i and that a replacement will be reeived after a long time again,very very unprofessional.
