BAD SERVICE FROM TAKEALOT.COM

Good day

So im here to complain about takealots bad service i received 27th July 2024.

I ordered two items from takealot and i didn't know my wife also made the same one,so i sent takealot a message to cancel my order. One takealot consultat said they can't cancel the item,i must wait for the item to ship to their courier facility.

So i waited i saw they shipped it,i immediately sent takealot a message to cancel so no one rep**** to me,so i asked takealot on Facebook to cancel still no response,so i sent another message on their app.

Still no response, so i phoned a takealot consultant ,he said he will cancel it so okay after awhile i got a sms saying delivery would be 27th so i phoneed again this time a lady consultant said it shows the order is canceled and i must ignore the sms.

So after awhile again got another sms saying the items are out for delivery so i phoned again ,this time guy answered he said he can see the order wasn't canceled correctly and he will cancel correctly.

So i left it,so eventually the driver shows he brings two parcels,i paid for the right one and told the driver to take the other one back.

So is this the service takealot.com gives customers? And now it's 28th and takealot.com hasn't bothered responding to my messages at all.
