Bad service from TakeAlot.com

I ordered a pair of Levi Takkies through TakeAlot.com on 19th Oct. I still have not received the parcel. They made delivery promises over and over again and kept pushing the date out. I have told them time and again that I am moving tomorrow but still no delivery. It has been 10 days waiting for my parcel. It is the first time I have used them and I am so disappointed. I have spent so much time waiting around for delivery but nothing. I have received emails and phone calls with empty promises. This is really bad service!
