bad service from TAKEALOT together with FEDEX

ordered stuff on Takealot, they sent a message saying that i will get my delivery through Fedex which is equally bad, no communications with the customer, only communication to the customer. getting sms's saying that the delivery was rescheduled but no reason there of. The Fedex driver even says that he does not have airtime to call as the company airtime has not been loaded yet. very disappointed.
