bad service from takealot not reimbursed for my return

i bought a walking ring for my son and it was delivered without *****s for the wheels, then i retuned it and my return was declined without any feedback whatsoever or if they will send one with proper wheels and *****s or get my money back. honestly disappointed i should have went to a proper store and bought the walking ring for my son
