Bad Service from Takealot.

For the last couple of years I have ordered hundreds of products from Takealot and had very little problem with their service. For the last couple of months I really received very poor service from them. My order always get delivered last on their list at the couriers or very late or not at all on the day I have ordered and paid for. They make comments on the tracking like "more details needed for address" even though my address never changed and lots of times the order came without a problem to this address. Or they write Customer not able to provide identification", and that said they never ever have even been with me the client to ask for ID. I have ordered an very expensive item the day before yesterday and pay for it and delivery to be made yesterday on the 17th of January 2023. The order was not delivered and that after I have spoken to a Takealot agent and he informed me that the order will be delivered yesterday. This is really unacceptable service and I am most certainly going to return the product for a full refund and use someone else to buy and deliver my item. Very very poor service indeed.
