Bad service from takealot

I am very dissatisfied with the service I receive from takealot i have to wait more than 2 weeks for my orders than they keep telling me there is a backlog, my husband receives his orders within 5 days. Secondly their customer service centre is so useless and if you ask for a number to call on or leave you number for a call back nothing, also the agents can not spell not even bothered to do a spelling check because the agent Coceka.J has made so many spelling errors I had to correct her/him. I would really love better service from them because my order has been divided into two on the 14th the one parcel came today my other 4 parcels still haven't arrived even if its eligible for next day delivery I will still wait 7-14 days for my order.
