Bad service from takealot

I took my tv back to takealot after it stopped working, ive selected that they change it. They came to collect the tv on the 13th even today my tv is at the supplier for evaluation, takealot they are quickly when u buy but when u return an item they will give u problems. I dont advice anyone to buy electrical appliances from them ,you will get bad service when returning the item
