Bad service from takealot

Just received bad service not sure if it's a **** or not. Placed and paid for an order on the 20th Oct. 2020 the order hasn't been delivered till todate, instead I keep on getting calls and emails; some saying my takealot account will be credited some promise to still deliver the products. Reason being takealot courier couldn't find the initially provided address. Funny enough last Friday I provided them with my work address where they normally deliver as alternative. I guess they couldn't find such a busy and known company in town which happen to be one of the tourist attraction around.
