Bad service from Takealot

Takealot is one of the worst companies to order from, i ordered spotlights for a client on the 24th August2025, it took them 17 days to tell me the order is cancelled because they are out of stock. I checked on the Takealot app and saw the same solar fittings ,but the price went up, so i had to pay R180 more to order again, it took them another 22 days to tell me again the order is cancelled again because the suplier is out of stock, i Checked the website again and the same order is still available but the price went up again( they **** to me to tell me it is out of stock)--the price went up R1096 , that is bad service and *****, be careful people, think twice before you buy from them, what must i tell my client who already paid for the items and have not received it yet, i am loosing money and my reputation on this job because of their bad service!!
