Bad service from Takealot

I have bought an airfryer from Takealot in Nov 2022 with a 2 year warranty. It stopped working and I had to arrange with Hisense gor the refund, myself. Up to today I have not received my refund to my Takealot account because Takealot is not responding to Hisense. Bad customer service is not even close to the truth- this is a total shame of service!
