Bad Service from Takealot

I had a very bad experience for a first-time takealot customer. I ordered goods for my Baby and received confirmation that the order would be delivered on the 05/08/2021. I was happy with that as my Baby still had enough formula and nappies to last him until then. On the 5th we waited for the order to arrive but it never did, when I logged into the takealot website to track the order it indicated that the order will only be delivered on the 11th. This was a big inconvenience because now we had to spend money on these items again. The order finally arrived on the 10th with another huge disappointment because when we opened the boxes the goods were damaged. The Baby Bottels looked liked it was second hand goods as the Packaging was damaged, The formula tin was dented and the Cuddles packet was dirty. It looked liked we had asked for these goods and not paid for it. If this is how takealot treats their clients then I don't think I will ever buy anything from them again or recommend them to anyone.
