Bad service from Takealot.

My son bought a washing machine through Takealot two weeks ago. He stay in Vrede, Free State. Received notification that the machine is in Newcastle. No delivery. Contact Takealot office in Jhb and Newcastle. They promise to contact the transport company and to come back to him when delivery will be done. Two weeks later and no response. Bad service.
