BAD SERVICE FROM TAKEALOT

I placed an order with order no *** on 29/04/2025 and it was delivered on 06/05/2025. Unfortunately, the size 4 was a smaller size 4, even though my wife is wearing a size 4. I returned the order with reference no MRRN-OZNDM-YMN7, which was collected by Takealot on 07/05/2025.

I havent recived any response from them yet and even when I log into my Takealot account, its not even updated yet. How long does it take for Takealot to update their system? I mean that by now the returned product should have been at their warehouse.
