Bad service from Takealot

We ordered 4 watches from takealot, they sent an email to say our order is ready to be collected and when we went to pick only to find out that they sent 1 watch and a first aid kit. I sent it all back and contacted the call centre to have the issue resolved only to be sent another email stating my order is ready for collection with it only showing 1 watch in the email. Terrible service from Takealot!!!! Now we wait to hear from the same warehouse that stuffed up my order
