Bad service from takealot

Ive ordered a Dr Pen on 11 November. On 7 January i did send a request that the pen is not working. Now they are telling me that the are no warranty on the machine I purchased not even a month ago.. This is not fair for paying for something that’s not working for not even a month. Bad service from takealot as they just say sorry its in our terms and conditions. Please be careful if you purchase something from them as there are NO after services, rather go to the supplier because then you can take on the supplier... PS the Dr Pen doesnt work so please if you want to buy one think twice..
