Bad service from takealot

Worst experience ever. Ordered gift for my husband. Was sent to wrong warehouse. I even offered to pay more for a courier service but they were not in interested in helping me even though it was their fault I did not received my package on the 18th of June as per app. My husbands birthday is 20th and they are just not willing to assist in any way. I will only receive my order 22 or 23 June.
