Bad service from Takealot

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Takealot, I ordered a fridge on 22 December and I am still yet to receive my fridge, they keep delivering the fridge at my work address even though I have made it clear that I need it delivered at my home, no one is updating me, I have sent emails confirming my address and still nothing.
